Required Profile 

  • Licensed attorney with 1-5 years of proven professional experience

  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) in legal and corporate   contexts

  • French proficiency is considered a strong asset

  • Holistic legal approach, with the ability to integrate private, public, constitutional, corporate, and procedural law perspectives

  • Active litigation disposition, including court appearances and representation before administrative authorities

  • High ethical standards, confidentiality, and commitment to excellence

Key Responsibilities

  • Legal advisory to corporate and institutional clients on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters

  • Active participation in strategic litigation and representation before courts and administrative bodies

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating civil and commercial contracts

  • Legal and jurisprudential analysis to support solid and sustainable legal strategies

  • Direct communication with national and international clients in Spanish and English
