A highly prestigious law firm, with strong national and international presence, is currently seeking a Bilingual Attorney to join its Corporate & Litigation practice.

We are looking for a legal professional with a comprehensive legal vision, technical excellence, and strong litigation skills, ready to contribute to a high-level legal team and take on the challenges of a demanding, results-oriented practice.

Required Profile 

• Licensed attorney with 1-5 years of proven professional experience

• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) in legal and corporate   contexts

• French proficiency is considered a strong asset

• Holistic legal approach, with the ability to integrate private, public, constitutional, corporate, and procedural law perspectives

• Active litigation disposition, including court appearances and representation before administrative authorities

• High ethical standards, confidentiality, and commitment to excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Legal advisory to corporate and institutional clients on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters

• Active participation in strategic litigation and representation before courts and administrative bodies

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating civil and commercial contracts

• Legal and jurisprudential analysis to support solid and sustainable legal strategies

• Direct communication with national and international clients in Spanish and English
